How It Works

  • Let’s first meet & greet so we can see if we align, and so I can understand where you are now and where you want to be.

    Once you book a call, you’ll receive an assessment form where you can tell me a bit about your goals, budget, and any injuries or medical concerns you might have. 

  • During our first call, my goal is to listen carefully to ultimately prepare your program.

    We’ll talk through and dive deeper into what you shared on the form, as well as assess your stress levels and posture.

  • As your personal trainer, I’ll also be your strategist – piecing together a program that thoughtfully fits your needs, even if it wasn't mentioned by you directly. This will be your weekly structure and long-term blueprint. 

  • Let’s move! Informed by your program, I will guide you through 1:1 sessions showing you correct form, making sure you feel each exercise where it should be felt, and leaving you feeling energized yet relaxed when we’re done.
